2025.2.2   高洲公民館でウクライナ人シェフのロマンさんを講師としてお招きして本格ウクライナ料理教室を開きました。ポルタワスープとウクライナのサラダとして有名なシューバを１４名の参加者と一緒に作りました。特にシューバは超人気の料理で、その作り方もユニークで出来上がった形状もまるでケーキのようでした。On February 2nd, we held an authentic Ukrainian cooking class at Takasu Community Center, inviting Ukrainian chef Roman as the instructor. We made Poltava soup and Shuba, a famous Ukrainian salad, together with 14 participants. Shuba in particular is an extremely popular dish, and the way it is made is unique, with the finished dish looking almost like a cake. 

2024.12.7　日本ウクライナパートナーシップ協会が主催した浦安高洲公民館でのウクライナ料理教室に地域の住民の方々が13名参加し本格ウクライナ料理に挑戦しました。シェフは2年前にウクライナから日本に避難して来たコワレンコ・ロマンさんです。ロマンさんの指導の下に作るボルシチとデルヌィの味は格別で箸やスプーンを止める事が出来ないほどでした。料理教室はとても賑やかで楽しく次回のウクライナ料理教室をまた来年早々に企画したいと思っています。料理教室開催で得られた収益金は全てウクライナ支援物資調達のために使用致します。Today, 13 local residents took part in a Ukrainian cooking class hosted by the Japan Ukraine Partnership Association (JAUPA) at the Urayasu Takasu Community Center and tried their hand at cooking authentic Ukrainian cuisine. The chef is Kovalenko Roman, who came to Japan from Ukraine two years ago. The taste of the borsch and derny made under Roman's instruction was so special that we couldn't stop using chopsticks and spoon. The cooking class was very lively and fun, and we would like to plan a second Ukrainian cooking class early next year. All proceeds from the cooking class will be used to procure the aid supplies for Ukraine. 

2024.11.22　10月20日に浦安市内で開催された当協会の設立記念イベントの新聞記事が浦安の地元新聞社「浦安新聞」の11月22日に掲載されました。A newspaper article about our association's founding commemorative event held in Urayasu City on October 20th was published in Urayasu's local newspaper "Urayasu Shimbun" on November 22nd.  

2024.11.16  いよいよ待ちに待ったウクライナ料理教室を来月の12月7日に浦安市高洲公民館の調理室で開催します。参加費用は4000円（小・中学生2000円）。ウクライナ人シェフのロマンさんと一緒に本格ウクライナ料理を自分で作り味わう事が出来ます。ご自宅にお持ち帰りも出来ます。是非ご参加ください！！
